The fifth of the series, Two Men and a Baby follows the relationship of Connor Kelly and Josh, Declan’s ex. I have been hoping for a HEA for Josh Venmo though he was kind of a catalyst in Dec and Heath’s relationship. With everything that he’s gone through he deserves it. And to get it with yet another lovable Kelly boy is beyond amazing. As usual, this writers style sucks you in and makes you part of the storyline from the very first page. You can empathize with the characters and sometimes that’s difficult in books. I cannot wait to read Aiden’s journey and I sure hope the Kelly’s either have more boys or have cousins somewhere because I don’t want to see this series end. **********Contains Spoilers**********I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I liked how their meet cute was done and that they only shared some kisses and a bit of d*rty talk together before Josh fell asleep, and that they didn’t recognise each other so they unknowingly nearly slept with Con’s older brother Declan’s ex/josh’s ex’s little brother. When they actually realised how who each other was Josh was understandably freaked out, Con was shocked but still keen to see where things went with Josh. He decided he wanted to woo Josh, and that he didn’t think that Declan had anything to do with them as Declan was marrying Heath, they were totally in love, the forever kind and it’s been explained previously that josh and Dec never had a huge love, they were content with each other and they were completely over each other so there was never going to be getting back together. The author also addressed that, the reason that Josh didn’t want to date Con, wasn’t because he reminded him of Dec or that he was comparing them to each other, Dec had no bearing on his decision so he actually, and it was actually because of the Kelly family as a whole. Since their families are so close he was worried that if things went south he’d lose them. I loved Con’s obsession with the Baby Sitters Club and that he was trying to learn about babies from it, like babies different milestones. My favourite bits of the story are still the Kelly family group chats as they make me smile and completely crack me up. What I didn’t like was that Con decided that him and Lisa (Chase’s Mum) were going to live in one house, as flatmates and raise Con without actually discussing it with Josh at all. Yes, Con and Lisa can make whatever decision what is best for Chase but Josh still should’ve been consulted as Lisa mentioned, as him and Con were in a committed relationship at least it didn’t break them up. I’m looking forward to finally reading Aidan & Ben’s story as I really want to know why they keep avoiding each other, or at least trying too. I’d definitely recommend this book, series & author to everyone.
